So I am looking into making a lean to shed or a storage shed. preferably a lean to shed tho. I want to make it into a studio or just a places to relax. I want it fairly big and insulated just in case I need a spare room for someone to sleep over or something like that. I wanted to make it 12x8 or 10x10 with a residential door and one window.

I am planning on making it insulated, with sheet rock. I am not worrying about paint at this time. I want shingles and roofing to keep the heat and the water out. My uncles work in construction and landscaping and can do it, but I just wanted to study a little more before asking them for help. I am on a budget.

I was wondering if anyone had any blueprints (free) or plans to building this. I want to know the pricing for all the materials. I am not worrying about the permits just getting the building and getting it insulated.
